WHO WE ARE
Pantheon Regeneration is a mission-driven nature-based solution company focused on developing and scaling impactful greenhouse gas (GHG) removal, avoidance and reduction techniques. We aim to align corporate customers, investors, and finance partners with high quality GHG removal projects with co-benefits such as biodiversity restoration and regeneratively produced food.
Our Team
Tripp Wall is a Founding Partner at Trailhead Capital, a Regenerative Climate, Food and Ag Fund. As a serial entrepreneur, he has been the Founder and/or CEO of multiple enterprises in the food, ag, real estate and technology spaces . He is a passionate investor, fiduciary and advocate for conscious capital, regenerative agriculture, water/land conservation, and nutrient-dense food access. As a land steward, he is focused on biodiversity, water quality, perennial polycultures and animal integration. He worked across various business lines at Alliance Bernstein (Institutional, Private Wealth and Alternative Assets) and is currently a mentor at Village Capital. For the last 17 years, in his philanthropic time Tripp has led the The Colorado Wildlife Foundation and Western States Water as President and Chairman.
Beth Richtman has over 16 years in sustainable investment experience and more than a decade (13+) of real asset investment experience. Beth served as the first Managing Investment Director Head of Sustainable Investment at Calpers, the largest US pension fund with over $400 billion under management. She was responsible for a $7 Billion Real Assets portfolio for CalPERS and served on CalPERS’ Real Assets Investment Committee. She has a BS from Stanford and an MBA from Columbia Business School.
Vlad Roosevelt is a Boulder native whose environmental interest led him to the Island School during high school. He graduated from the University of Colorado and built a career in international cash grain and oilseed brokerage with McDonald Pelz. He lived and worked abroad for 5 years in Sao Paulo, Brazil and separately in Buenos Aires, Argentina. He brings an extensive client network of legacy agriculture multinationals, deep operational experience, and is fluent in Spanish and Portuguese.
