Jason Carlson joins Pantheon

We are excited to welcome Jason Carlson to Pantheon as Director of Ecological Consulting.

Jason brings more than 25 years of experience at the intersection of geospatial intelligence, ecological restoration, and land strategy. His work spans restoration, mitigation, carbon, water, and biodiversity markets — translating complex environmental systems into practical solutions for landowners, developers, and investors.

At Pantheon, Jason will help us sharpen how we identify, evaluate, and develop the highest-integrity restoration opportunities — and ensure our projects deliver value across every dimension we measure.
