
Adam Gibbon
Adam is a Board Member of Pantheon Regeneration and leads AXA IM’s Natural Capital investment strategy, deploying equity, debt, and carbon offtake agreements into high-impact enterprises and projects focused on conservation, restoration, and sustainable land use. He brings over 15 years of experience designing and executing solutions at the intersection of climate, biodiversity, and finance. Previously, Adam held senior roles at Mirova Natural Capital (formerly Althelia), where he helped build one of the world’s leading natural capital investment platforms, and advised AXA IM on natural capital investments prior to joining the firm in-house. Earlier in his career, he worked with Rainforest Alliance and PwC, supporting the development of the voluntary carbon market and advising corporates and governments on land-use and climate finance strategies. Adam holds a BSc in Natural Sciences from Durham University and an MSc in Environmental Change and Management from the University of Oxford.
