With decades of experience in climate, water management, land stewardship, tech, investing and finance, Tripp has a deep understanding of the importance and opportunities of the emerging nature-based solutions field. As a serial entrepreneur, Tripp has been the Founder and/or CEO of multiple enterprises (including Trailhead Capital and Alfalfa’s Grocery Chain) in the food, ag, real estate and technology spaces.  He is a passionate investor and advocate for conscious capital, water/land conservation and regenerative agriculture.  As a land steward, Tripp focuses on biodiversity, water quality, perennial polycultures and animal integration. Tripp’s finance experience includes 9 years across various business lines at Alliance Bernstein (Institutional, Private Wealth and Alternative Assets). For the last 17 years, in his philanthropic time, Tripp has led the Colorado Wildlife Foundation and Western States Water as President and Chairman.  Tripp has a BA from The University of Colorado.
