Vlad Roosevelt graduated from the University of Colorado in 2010 and built a career in international cash grain and oilseed brokerage with McDonald & Pelz Global Commodities. Over 12 years at the firm, he led the container brokerage business, Brazilian corn export platform, and soybean import operations into China. He lived and worked abroad for five years in São Paulo and Buenos Aires, gaining fluency in Spanish and Portuguese and building an extensive client network across global agricultural multinationals. He brings deep operational expertise and international market experience to Pantheon’s work scaling peatland restoration projects.
